Some areas of the Police Mutual app have been specifically developed for our Force Authorised Officers (FAOs) and Authorised Officers (AOs) to assist them in their role as Police Mutual advocates - for more information on these please see our FAQs below.

Some areas of the app are specifically designed for you. The exclusive areas offer you access to event details and education inputs, marketing materials to share with their Force, updates from the FAO/AO community and Role profile and Best Practice information to assist you in your roles.
If you are a Force Authorised Officer or an Authorised Officer, then you will be contacted to give you a unique number for you to register with, with a link. If you have not been contacted please contact vst@pmas.co.uk
Once you have registered, your account will need to be authenticated. After your account is authenticated and you log in to the app, you will be able to access the additional features of the app.

Absolutely! With the app, you'll be able to see the latest news and articles from Police Mutual, as well as access to the event calendar, and useful information about Police Mutual products and services.

Yes, if you have the latest version of the app, then you can turn your push notifications on and off, via your device's app settings.

At this moment in time, this is not possible, however there is a helpful link within the app to My Account where you should be able to view your products and documents if you are registered.
